The Military Wife

The Military wife has so much to bear,
She's everything at once, no one could compare,
When God made her, he had the perfection in mind,
For nowhere on Earth is another of her kind,
She leads a life not many chose to,
For her job is the hardest in the militay to do,
She is courageous and strong, one would say made of steel,
But way deep down is a heart that can feel,
She stands by her husband, so proud and so tall,
and awaits many night by the phone for a call,
She's mommy and daddy all rolled into one,
She'll never rest easy until her job's done,
She sits all alone is silence she weeps,
Did I do a good job, is my family ok?
But deep in her heart she knows that it's true,
God is right beside her helping her through.....

WOW Where to begin. Jr has been home for a year now and life has been wonderful. It is hard to imagine that he was even gone. He finally had surgery on his neck, it turned out to be a herniated disk. He also retired when they refraded him last March. 21 years is a long time, but for the most part he was happy with his military career.
The kids are growing like weeds. Kels is now 15 and has her permit. Klae is 8 and mouthy as ever...lol. Kullin is 6 and doing the best he can with everything he has to deal with in a day.
We moved to a HUGE house in the country. The kids are happy and we are loving it out here.
I went back to work after being home for 6 years. I went back to being a nursing assistant, but let's not forget that I am still an EMT too. I love my job!!!!
